Catalyst Test Systems

In this category you find plants which are typically used for testing catalysts:

• Fixed bed reactors
• Furnaces
• Special reactors – normally continuously operated
• SCR – Diesel catalyst test systems

The design range of such systems includes pressures up to 200 bar and temperatures up to 1000 °C – but not both at the same time. The reactor volumes are from a few ml up to ½ liter. The diameter is from 4 to 50 mm. Parallel reactor systems are possible. As material of construction high temperature stainless steel, quartz glass or ceramic is used.
