Stirred reactor, 50 L, -1/3.8 bar, -60/250 °C, double acting mechanical sealing, Thermostat -50/250°C, Cooling power -5.3 kW at 0 °C, 4 dosing lines with pumps and balances. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

 

Air Tight Plant with Airlock and Scrubber Column

Air-tight stirred reactor plant for dangerous materials, operated from outside with gloves, with lock and scrubber column for the vent gas. Thermostats outside the enclosure. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

Stirred reactors, 2 L and 10 L, made of glass, for pressure less and vacuum operation. With thermostat, vacuum pump, dosing pumps with tanks on balances, distillation part, semi-continuous centrifuge. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

 

Hastelloy® Plant in a Housing with Automatic CO2-Fire Extinguisher

Plant with Hastelloy® Vessels, with automatic suspension dosing and automatic solid powder dosing, the first with load cells, the second from a balance. The system has an automatic fire extinguisher system. A flexible hose is distributed in the plant. It is made of plastic and set under pressure. It will trigger the CO2-Bottle to open in case of a thermal damage of the hose. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

 

Pressure Reactor Plant with 3 L Glass Vessel

Stirred reactor plant with glass pressure vessel, 3 L, -1/3 bar, 150 °C. The glass reactor is shielded behind a metal grid. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

Precipitation reactor, 120 L, without pressure, with counter current stirrer and with dispersion stirrer, 3 dosing lines with balances, a shear force mixer, pH and conductivity measurement, special pH-control. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control.

 

Training Plant – 3 Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors with Plug-Flow-Reactor

Cascade of 3 continuous stirred tank reactors (CSTR) made of glass with one plug flow reactor (PFR) made of PTFE tube. Conductivity and pH control, level control by overflow, electrical hot water heating. Automated with Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC.

 

Very Tightly Packed Plant in a Fume Hood

This plant had to be packed very tightly. To allow maintenance, the system can be pulled out of the fume hood.
