To ensure the quality of our products and meeting the requirements of our customers have a top priority for us.
As we are building individually designed and highly complex systems, we are aware that this is one of our major challenges when building miniplants. To reach this target, we have implemented the following systems:



  1. Quality assurance system according to European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU, Module H for assemblies together with the mandatory tests for pressure equipment
  2. Quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2001
  3. Risk assessment according to EC-Machinery directive
  4. Tests of the electrical system according to EC-Machinery directive
  5. Noise level test
  6. All plants have to pass a test program which lasts, dependent on the complexity, several weeks. This is documented with check-lists
  7. A final end test before shipment to check that all required tests have been passed


 We include the customer in the following check points:

 I. Approval of the design, including P & ID and external dimensions
 II. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) (optional)
 III. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) (optional)
